We have found a former Northern light textile mill on a 3.5 acre site which is for sale for 800k. Existing tenants generate 75k of annual income and utilise one third of the site. We intend to manufacture wood pellets and install a 600k co-fired CHP plant on one third of the site using woodchip and solar. The remaining one third of the site for use as a green technology incubator park. Would this be to commercial for the Ecology Building Society to consider
